Damian Lillard scored 26 points and handed out 12 assists to lead the Portland Trail Blazers past the Sacramento Kings 116-99 Tuesday night at Moda Center in Portland, Ore.

Shabazz Napier came off the bench for 20 points, Jusuf Nurkic collected 17 points and nine rebounds, and Al-Farouq Aminu added 13 points and eight boards for the Trail Blazers, who won their fourth straight game.

Zach Randolph scored 20 points and Willie Cauley-Stein contributed 17 points and 10 rebounds for the Kings, who lost for the fifth consecutive time.

Portland shot 52.4 percent from the field, including 15 of 34 (44.1 percent) from 3-point range, and won the rebound battle 47-36 in beating Sacramento for the 10th game in a row at home.

Lillard finished 11 of 19 from the field, making 4 of 8 from beyond the arc. Napier hit 6 of 7 shots -- 4 of 5 on treys -- and Nurkic was 7 of 9.

Lillard scored 19 points on 8-of-9 shooting and dished out seven assists as Portland ran out to a 66-53 lead at halftime. The Blazers shot 58.1 percent from the field and had 15 fast-break points in the first half.

Sacramento closed within 73-66 early in the third quarter, but the Blazers carried an 88-80 lead into the fourth quarter.

Portland opened it up to 96-82 early in the final period. The Kings got no closer than 10 points the rest of the way.

The Blazers jumped to an 11-2 lead in the first 2 1/2 minutes. Sacramento came back to get within 15-13, but the Blazers answered with a 13-2 spurt to go ahead 28-15. Lillard had 15 points and five assists as Portland took a 36-26 advantage into the second quarter.

The Kings cut the margin to 41-36, but the Blazers built it back up to 61-45.
