PORTLAND, Ore. -- Guard Damian Lillard scored 36 points to lift the Portland Trail Blazers past the Los Angeles Lakers 121-103 on Saturday at the Moda Center.

Guard CJ McCollum added 28 points and center Mason Plumlee collected 13 points, eight rebounds, six assists and three steals for the Trail Blazers (20-26), who won for the fifth time in seven games.

Guard DeAngelo Russell scored 21 points off the bench and guard Lou Williams tallied 16 points for the Lakers (9-37), who lost their sixth straight game and for the 10th time in 11 games.

Lakers forward Kobe Bryant had 10 points in 25 minutes in his final appearance at the Moda Center.

Portland shot 50.5 from the field, won the rebound battle 42-30 and forced 19 Laker turnovers that resulted in 27 points.

Lillard and McCollum combined for 35 points as the Blazers seized a 62-52 lead at intermission. Williams had 16 points for the Lakers before the break.

Portland opened the third quarter with a 15-5 barrage to increase its advantage to 77-57. The Lakers got no closer than 14 points the rest of the way.

Lillard scored 14 points on 6-for-8 shooting and McCollum chipped in 10 to stake Portland to a 37-22 lead after one quarter.

Los Angeles trimmed the deficit to 51-41 on consecutive 3-pointers by Williams midway through the second quarter. The Lakers got to within 59-52 on another Williams 3, but McCollum scored from beyond the arc to make it a 10-point difference at halftime.

NOTES: Portland coach Terry Stotts was asked before the game how he felt Lakers G Kobe Bryant would be received by spectators during his final appearance at the Moda Center. "Very well by the number of Laker fans who will be here tonight," Stotts said. "And hopefully, the Blazer fans will give him the ultimate compliment and boo him a little bit harder than usual." ... How does Lakers coach Byron Scott approach Bryant's final game in opposing arenas throughout the NBA? "I just try to make it another game," Scott said. "I am well aware this is his last game here. I'll deal with that appropriately as far as trying to give him his time playing. Sometimes I play him a little more than I normally would when it's the last time." ... Lakers F Larry Nance Jr. (knee) missed his fourth straight game. Scott said it is possible Nance will return to action Tuesday against Dallas.
