Thunder 123, Hawks 115: Russell Westbrook picked up his seventh triple-double in 12 games with 36 points, 14 assists and 10 rebounds as host Oklahoma City rallied to get past Atlanta.

Dion Waiters tied a season high with 26 points and Anthony Morrow had 21 off the bench for the Thunder, who shot 51.2 percent. Nick Collison had 13 points in a reserve role and Steven Adams finished with 12 points and 16 rebounds as Oklahoma City moved two games up on New Orleans in the race for the eighth and final playoff spot in the Western Conference.

Pero Antic scored a career-high 22 points off the bench for the Hawks, who finished a six-game road trip at 3-3. Dennis Schroder had 21 points and Paul Millsap chipped in 19 points as Atlanta was unable to clinch the Southeast Division crown.

Antic had 10 points to help Atlanta claim a 35-34 lead after one quarter and the Hawks shot 61.9 percent in the second - including 5-of-8 from 3-point distance - to take a 68-61 lead into halftime. Antic's two free throws pushed the margin to 12 points late in the third before the Thunder had a 7-0 burst to cap the quarter and get within 95-90.

Morrow made consecutive 3-pointers to get Oklahoma City within 103-102 and he had another with just under six minutes left to put his team up 108-105. The surge continued with another Morrow triple that made it 113-105 and Waiters followed with a dunk for a 10-point lead with less than four minutes left as the Thunder won for the fourth time in five games.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Thunder superstar F Kevin Durant (foot) may be shut down for the rest of the season, general manager Sam Presti announced Friday. ... Hawks SG Kyle Korver (nose) missed his third straight game. ... The teams combined to make 44-of-51 free throws.
