Warriors 112, Bulls 102: Draymond Green knocked down a career-high seven 3-pointers en route to a career-best 31 points as Golden State topped host Chicago to set a franchise record with its 12th straight win.

Klay Thompson added 24 points and Stephen Curry recorded 19 points and seven assists for the Warriors, who eclipsed the 11-game streak set by the 1971-72 squad. Andrew Bogut grabbed 12 rebounds while Marreese Speights and Harrison Barnes scored 11 apiece as Golden State extended the best record in the NBA to 17-2.

Pau Gasol collected 22 points and a season-high 20 rebounds to lead the Bulls, who have not won at home since Nov. 10. Jimmy Butler added 24 points and Joakim Noah scored 16 but Chicago was outpaced 33-22 in the fourth quarter.

The Bulls pulled within 89-87 with 7:13 left but Thompson knocked down a 3-pointer, blocked a shot at the other end and found Green for a 3-pointer to make it an eight-point gap and force a timeout. Green knocked down his seventh 3-pointer and followed it with a driving layup to spread the gap to 103-90 with 3:11 remaining as Golden State closed it out.

The Warriors led by as much as 14 points in the second quarter and took a 61-49 lead into the break. It was a 65-51 gap before Chicago battled back, ripping off a 17-2 run to take the lead before going into the fourth clinging to an 80-79 advantage.

GAME NOTEBOOK:
Golden State went into the fourth quarter trailing for the fourth time this season. … Green tied a career high with four steals while the Warriors recorded a season-high 14 steals. … Bulls F Taj Gibson (ankle) returned from a six-game absence and recorded 12 points and seven rebounds in 19 minutes off the bench.
