Warriors 104, Pistons 93: Draymond Green knocked down a career-high five 3-pointers en route to 20 points as visiting Golden State continued a pair of winning streaks.

Stephen Curry had 16 points and 10 assists for the Warriors, who won their ninth straight game overall and seventh against the Pistons. Golden State, which entered first in opponent field-goal percentage at 41 percent, limited Detroit to 27.7 percent in the decisive second period - when the Warriors outscored the Pistons 32-16 - and 36.3 for the game.

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope scored 23 points for the Pistons, who have dropped the first three games in a stretch where seven of eight games are at home. Josh Smith had 14 points and 12 assists and Brandon Jennings returned after missing three games (thumb) and added 22 points and six assists for Detroit.

Jennings scored nine points in the first quarter as Detroit jumped to a 24-21 lead before the Warriors' defense kicked into gear in the second, holding the Pistons to two field goals in the first 7:15 and 5-of-19 for the quarter. Golden State closed the period on a 10-1 run, getting 3-pointers from Green and Curry to take a 53-40 lead at the break.

Green hit two more shots from the arc early in the third as the Warriors pushed the edge to 22 points before Caldwell-Pope scored 14 points - including a four-point play - in the final seven minutes to pull the Pistons within 82-71 entering the fourth. Andre Iguodala knocked down a 3-pointer to pump the Warriors lead to 16 midway through the fourth and Detroit got no closer than the final margin.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Curry is scoring 29 points per game over his last four games on 35-of-61 shooting with 31 assists. … Pistons C Andre Drummond, who had 26 points and 20 rebounds against Milwaukee on Friday, had two points and seven rebounds. …The Pistons were 22-of-68 on 2-point shots and 11-of-23 on 3-point shots.
