Thunder 112, Clippers 101: Kevin Durant had 32 points, 12 rebounds and nine assists and Russell Westbrook added 31 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists as Oklahoma City cruised past Los Angeles to even the Western Conference semifinals at a game apiece.

Serge Ibaka and Thabo Sefolosha added 14 points apiece as the Thunder bounced back from a 17-point loss in the series opener. Kendrick Perkins contributed eight points and nine rebounds for Oklahoma City, which travels to Los Angeles for Friday’s Game 3.

J.J. Redick scored 18 points and Chris Paul added 17 points and 11 assists for the Clippers. Blake Griffin had 15 points and Darren Collison added 13 for Los Angeles, which allowed 37 points in the decisive third quarter.

The margin was four early in the third quarter before Oklahoma City used a 10-2 run to make it 78-66 and later rolled off 11 straight to increase the lead to 20 with 2:12 left in the stanza. The Thunder took a 94-77 advantage into the fourth quarter and the Clippers never cut the lead to single digits the rest of the way.

Durant, who was honored before the game for winning MVP honors, had 17 first-quarter points as Oklahoma City opened up a 37-28 lead. Los Angeles rallied to lead by a point with 4:07 left in the half before the Thunder took a 61-56 lead into the break.

GAME NOTEBOOK: There was a partial power outage with 27.6 seconds left in the first half as lightning hit a nearby transformer. After a brief delay, the half was finished with minimal lighting and the problem was fixed during halftime. … Paul was 2-of-5 from 3-point range after making 8-of-9 from behind the arc in Game 1. … The Thunder controlled the boards for the second straight game, notching a 52-36 edge on Wednesday after posting a 47-31 advantage in the opener.
