Marc Gasol led six players in double figures with 21 points as host Memphis cruised to an important win in the Western Conference playoff chase.

Mike Miller scored 19 points off the bench and Tony Allen provided 15 points in a reserve role for the Grizzlies, who won their 13th straight at home to pull into a tie for the eighth and final playoff spot with Phoenix in the West, a half-game behind seventh-place Dallas. Zach Randolph chipped in 10 points and 11 rebounds as Memphis finished with a 49-36 advantage on the glass and a 60-48 edge in points in the paint.

Thaddeus Young was the lone Philadelphia starter to score in double figures with 18 points. Tony Wroten also had 18 points off the bench as the 76ers finished 5-25 against teams from the Western Conference.

The Sixers were within six points on a 3-pointer by Young roughly midway through the third quarter before the hosts took over, capping the period with a 24-7 run as Allen scored eight points and Gasol buried a 3-pointer in the closing seconds to make it 87-64. The lead remained at least 18 points throughout the fourth as Memphis took both meetings this season by an average of 23 points.

Gasol scored 11 points on 5-of-6 shooting in the first quarter to help the Grizzlies take a 30-24 lead. Miller's 3-pointer midway through the second gave Memphis its first double-digit lead at 49-37 and the Grizzlies settled for a 10-point advantage at the break.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Gasol's 3-pointer was his second in 10 attempts this season and only the seventh of his six-year career. ... Young had three of Philadelphia's 14 steals. ... Miller and Allen combined to go 13-of-18 from the floor as Memphis finished with a 54.3 percent mark.
