Nets 93, Pelicans 81: Mason Plumlee scored a career-high 22 points and equaled a personal best with 13 rebounds as host Brooklyn eased past New Orleans.

Plumlee was hot all night, hitting 8-of-10 shot attempts as the Nets won for the third time in four games. Alan Anderson and Mirza Teletovic added 13 points apiece as part of a potent bench attack that outscored the Pelicans' reserves 59-31.

Anthony Davis' 24 points and nine rebounds paced the Pelicans, who lost for just the third time in their last nine games. Brian Roberts added 12 points and Austin Rivers contributed 10.

Brooklyn broke out with the first 11 points of the game as the Pelicans opened by missing their first seven shot attempts. Plumlee finished the half with 14 points - two coming on a spectacular one-handed jam off Williams' alley-oop pass - and the Nets limited New Orleans to 26.8 shooting in the opening half to cruise to a 51-28 advantage at the break.

The Pelicans finally made a game of it just past the midway point of the third quarter, closing to within 10 on Greg Stiemsma's three-point play and keeping pace with the Nets the rest of the way to go into the fourth down 71-60. Alan Anderson's 3-pointer stretched the Brooklyn advantage to 16 with 9:36 remaining, and the Pelicans didn't challenge the rest of the way.
