Pistons 113, 76ers 96: Andre Drummond scored 22 points on 10-of-11 shooting and grabbed 14 rebounds as Detroit easily dispatched of visiting Philadelphia.

Greg Monroe collected 21 points and 12 rebounds while Brandon Jennings scored 20 points for the Pistons, who have won back-to-back games after a four-game slide. Kyle Singler recorded 20 points and 10 rebounds off the bench and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope contributed 12 points for Detroit.

Tony Wroten scored 18 points while starting in place of Michael Carter-Williams (shoulder) to lead the 76ers, who have dropped two straight and 12 of 15. Evan Turner and Elliot Williams added 15 points apiece.

The Pistons held a 12-point lead in the second quarter before settling for a 57-49 gap at the break. Singler buried two 3-pointers and Caldwell-Pope hit another during an 11-0 run midway through the third that pushed the advantage out to 79-56 and Philadelphia never recovered.

Jennings connected from beyond the arc on consecutive possessions to spread the lead to 24 points and it was 93-70 heading into the final period. The lead reached 106-78 before Detroit emptied the bench.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Carter-Williams played 33 minutes on Friday against Atlanta but was ruled out shortly before the game and is day-to-day. … The Pistons dominated the glass 58-44. … Drummond totaled 53 points on 22-of-26 shooting and 33 rebounds in two home games against Philadelphia this season.
