Pacers 91, Cavaliers 76: Paul George collected 21 points and eight rebounds and Roy Hibbert added 19 points and five blocks as host Indiana ran its winning streak to five games.

George Hill scored 13 points and Danny Granger added 12 off the bench for the Pacers, who improved their home mark to an NBA-best 15-1. Luis Scola grabbed a team-high nine rebounds for Indiana, which outscored Cleveland 26-10 in the fourth quarter.

Anderson Varejao tallied 14 points and 11 rebounds to lead Cleveland, which saw its losing streak hit a season-high six games. Dion Waiters scored 12 points and Kyrie Irving added 10 for the Cavaliers, who dropped to an NBA-worst 2-14 on the road.

The Cavaliers were up 59-58 with 4:01 left in the third quarter when Irving went down with a left knee injury after slipping on a drive to the basket, and Indiana had pulled ahead 71-68 by the time he checked back in with 9:28 left in the game. Irving's two free throws with 6:16 left halted a 9-2 run and pulled Cleveland within 80-74, but the Cavaliers went scoreless for more than five minutes as Indiana scored 11 straight points to put it away.

Cleveland was aggressive in the first half, getting to the foul line often and holding its own on the boards. The Cavaliers' lead was as large as eight in the first quarter and Irving and Waiters hit back-to-back baskets in the final minute of the half to give them a 44-41 halftime lead.
