Hawks 112, Bucks 87: Paul Millsap collected 20 points and eight rebounds as short-handed Atlanta rolled to a lopsided road win over Milwaukee in its first meeting with former coach Larry Drew.

Lou Williams scored 18 points and fellow reserve Mike Scott added 14 for the Hawks, who were without point guard Jeff Teague and center Pero Antic because of ankle injuries. Kyle Korver extended his NBA-record streak to 112 consecutive games with at least one 3-pointer and finished with 12 points, and DeMarre Carroll returned from a one-game absence to add 12 points on 4-of-5 shooting.

Brandon Knight hit five 3-pointers en route to 27 points for the Bucks, who have dropped 11 of their last 12 and own the worst record in the NBA. Ersan Ilyasova (11 points, 13 rebounds) and John Henson (10 points, 10 rebounds) recorded double-doubles for Milwaukee.

Already in control with a 60-45 halftime lead, the Hawks blew it open in the third quarter by outscoring the Bucks 36-19. Atlanta went 11-for-16 in the period and Millsap scored 11 points to help the Hawks turn it into a rout.

Milwaukee led by as many as four early, but Atlanta reeled off eight points in 38 seconds — highlighted by consecutive 3-pointer from Carroll and Korver — and never trailed again. The Hawks began to pull away with a 9-2 burst in the final two minutes of the half and picked up where they left off after the break.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Hawks PG Dennis Schröder experienced a rookie moment when he checked into the game late in the first quarter wearing his practice shorts. After making a layup, Schröder ran to the bench and changed shorts on the sideline. … Teague did not make the trip with the Hawks but X-rays on his sprained ankle were negative. … Milwaukee dropped to 2-12 in the second game of back-to-back sets.
