Raptors 104, 76ers 95: DeMar DeRozan's 34 points and Kyle Lowry's fourth career triple-double propelled visiting Toronto past Philadelphia.

Lowry finished with 18 points, 13 assists and 10 rebounds for the Raptors, who evened their road record at 11-11 with their second straight victory. DeRozan added nine rebounds while John Salmons had 12 points off the bench.

Michael Carter-Williams had 20 points to lead the 76ers, who fell for the eighth time in 10 games. Thaddeus Young scored 16 points while Hollis Thompson added 15 points and nine rebounds off the bench.

Toronto needed just three minutes to carve out a double-digit lead, but the 76ers made quick work of the deficit thanks to a 20-5 run - fueled by five points from Carter-Williams - that gave them a 28-27 edge through one quarter. Philadelphia went up by as many as seven in the second, but John Salmons' 3-pointer vaulted Toronto back in front and the teams traded leads until Elliot Williams' baseline pull-up jumper sent the 76ers into the break ahead 53-52

Lowry was the difference in a back-and-forth third quarter, scoring 10 points - including a buzzer-beating 18-footer to close the frame - while dishing out five assists and grabbing four rebounds as the Raptors carried an 80-78 advantage into the fourth. Six straight points from DeRozan stretched the lead to six early in the final quarter, and his 17-footer on Greivis Vasquez's fourth assist of the period made it a double-digit advantage.
