Thunder 105, Trail Blazers 97: Kevin Durant scored 46 points to top 40 for the fourth time this month as host Oklahoma City knocked off Portland.

Durant made 17-of-25 shots, including 6-of-7 from 3-point range, and scored 14 final-quarter points as the Thunder used a late 15-0 surge to win their fourth consecutive game. Reggie Jackson added 15 points and Serge Ibaka contributed 10 points and five blocked shots.

LaMarcus Aldridge had 29 points and 16 rebounds and Wesley Matthews scored 21 points for the Trail Blazers, who missed 11 consecutive shots before Damian Lillard scored a meaningless layup with 20.3 seconds left. Lillard scored 14 points and Mo Williams added 13 points and nine assists.

Portland held a 95-90 lead after two free throws by Aldridge before Durant scored five straight points and Jackson hit a driving shot to push the Thunder ahead. Kendrick Perkins hit a baseline jumper and Durant drained back-to-back 3-pointers to make it 105-95 with 26.8 seconds to play.

Durant had 20 first-half points but Oklahoma City trailed 52-51 at the break. The Trail Blazers led by nine late in the third quarter before the Thunder closed with 11 consecutive points and took a 77-75 lead into the final stanza.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Durant has scored 30 or more points in eight straight games and is averaging 39.3 during the stretch. … Trail Blazers F Nicolas Batum had just three points in 35 minutes one night after reinjuring his fractured left middle finger. … Oklahoma City was 10-of-15 from 3-point range and committed just seven turnovers.
