Trail Blazers 127, Mavericks 111: LaMarcus Aldridge led all five starters in double figures with 30 points and added 12 rebounds as visiting Portland trounced Dallas.

Nicolas Batum contributed 21 points and seven rebounds while Robin Lopez had 16 points and 12 boards as the Trail Blazers won their fifth straight. Damian Lillard collected 14 points and 10 assists and Wesley Matthews scored 10 points for Portland.

Dirk Nowitzki scored 18 points to lead the Mavericks, who had a three-game home winning streak come to an end. Monta Ellis had 15 points while Jae Crowder and DeJuan Blair each added 13 off the bench.

Batum had 15 points in the first quarter as the Blazers took an early lead and never looked back. It was a 35-23 lead after the first quarter and the advantage swelled to 71-52 at the half.

Portland did not let up after the break, pushing it out to 96-62 on Lopez’s three-point play with 4:15 left in the third and taking a 104-70 lead into the fourth. The Mavericks put a run together in the final stanza against the Portland reserves and cut it to 114-100 before the starters came back and put the game away.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Dallas G Devin Harris (toe) made his season debut and scored six points in 17 minutes off the bench. … Mavericks G Jose Calderon, who left Friday’s win over Phoenix with a knee injury, started and was limited to five points and three assists in 20 minutes. … Portland is averaging 113.2 points in the last five games.
