The Nets closed the half on an 11-2 run and Johnson had two more makes from beyond the arc in the early portions of the second half to help push the advantage to 70-53.

A stretch of over three minutes without a field goal for Brooklyn allowed the Clippers to inch to within 12 points before Johnson made his fourth from long distance as the hosts carried an 83-62 advantage into the fourth. Los Angeles never got closer than the final margin in falling to 3-3 on its seven-game road trip.
