Bucks 78, Bulls 74:
John Henson led the way with 25 points, 14 rebounds and six blocks as visiting Milwaukee held off shorthanded Chicago.

Brandon Knight added 19 points and 10 rebounds for the Bucks, who have won two of three to improve to 5-16. Ersan Ilyasova contributed 10 points off the bench for Milwaukee, including the clinching free throws with four seconds left.

Mike Dunleavy had 24 points and Carlos Boozer added 21 and 12 boards for the Bulls, who were without Luol Deng (Achilles), Jimmy Butler (toe) and Joakim Noah (thigh) in addition to Derrick Rose (knee). Tony Snell chipped in 13 points while Kirk Hinrich struggled to one point on 0-of-10 shooting.

The Bucks opened the fourth quarter with a 10-2 run to grab the lead and held it the rest of the way. Dunleavy’s 3-pointer with 1:59 left brought Chicago within 73-72 but Henson responded with a long jumper and blocked Boozer’s jumper with six seconds left after Milwaukee had turned it over on a shot-clock violation the previous possession.

Dunleavy scored 18 points in the second quarter as the Bulls took a 42-35 lead into the half. The lead climbed to as much as 11 points early in the third before Milwaukee began to rally, getting six points apiece from Henson and Knight in the final 3:33 of the period to head into the fourth trailing 57-55.

GAME NOTEBOOK:
Henson has more blocks already this season (47) than all of last season (42). … Hinrich and fellow starter C Nazr Mohammed each had one point for the Bulls out of the spots normally filled by Rose and Noah. … Bucks G Gary Neal (foot) sat out for the second time in the last three games.
