Spurs 126, Cavaliers 96: Danny Green went 5-of-7 from 3-point range en route to 17 points as San Antonio pushed its winning streak to 10 games by trouncing visiting Cleveland.

Tony Parker had 12 points and seven assists in just 15 minutes and no starter logged more than Green’s 21 minutes as the Spurs extended their franchise-best start to 12-1. Patty Mills scored 15 off the bench and San Antonio had 11 players score at least eight points.

Andrew Bynum scored 16 points to lead the Cavaliers, who extended their losing streak to three straight and dropped to 1-8 on the road. Kyrie Irving added 15 points and rookie Matthew Dellavedova reached double figures for the first time in his career with 14.

Green knocked down a pair of 3-pointers in the first quarter to help get the Spurs off to a 30-21 lead after the opening period. San Antonio really started to pull away in the second, beginning the quarter with a 21-5 burst to stretch to the lead to 25 points.

Parker’s free throws with less than a minute left in the second brought the lead to 35 points before the Spurs settled for a 65-32 gap at the break. The Cavaliers, who went 5-for-23 in the second quarter, picked up some offense in the third but did not do much to improve the defense and went into the fourth trailing 96-67 before the Spurs coasted through the fourth quarter.

GAME NOTEBOOK: San Antonio F Boris Diaw sat out with a right rib contusion. … The Spurs’ 33-point halftime advantage was the largest in any NBA game at the break this season. … San Antonio went 16-for-24 from 3-point range and shot 57.5 percent from the field overall.
