J.J. Reddick had 26 points on 9-of-14 shooting, including 5-of-7 from long range, as the Clippers surpassed 100 points for the eighth time in 10 games. Chris Paul recorded 12 points, 13 assists and seven rounds, and Jamal Crawford pitched in 13 points off the bench.

Rookie Mason Plumlee established a career high with 19 points and Andray Blatche scored a season-high 19 to go with eight rebounds for the Nets, who played without starters Deron Williams (ankle), Paul Pierce (groin), Kevin Garnett (ankle) and Brook Lopez (ankle) on the team’s third road game in four days. Alan Anderson added 15 points in his first start of the season.

Los Angeles went on a 18-0 run to take a 74-67 lead with 1:49 remaining in the third quarter and never trailed again — though Brooklyn kept things close. Joe Johnson’s jumper with 4:11 left in the fourth quarter cut the Clippers’ lead to 93-92, but Reddick hit a 3-pointer to put it back up to four and Los Angles held on from there.

Griffin and Reddick combined to score the first 21 points for the Clippers as they built a 29-26 after the first quarter. Little-used Tyshawn Taylor scored his first 10 points of the season for Brooklyn in the first half, helping the Nets hold a 55-54 edge at the break.
