Pistons 99, Bulls 85: Brandon Knight led six players in double figures with 20 points and host Detroit snapped an 18-game losing streak to Chicago.

The Pistons shot 53.4 percent and made 9-of-18 3-pointers in defeating their Central Division rivals for the first time since Dec. 23, 2008. Jonas Jerebko scored 17 points and Rodney Stuckey, who had a career-high 40 points in that last win over the Bulls, chipped in 14.

Carlos Boozer had 21 points and 10 rebounds for the Bulls, who fell two games behind idle Brooklyn in the race for the fourth spot in the Eastern Conference. Joakim Noah returned from an eight-game layoff with a foot injury to record 13 points on 4-of-4 shooting.

Boozer's basket cut Chicago's deficit to 65-61 late in the third quarter, but Greg Monroe scored on the other end to start an 18-8 Detroit run that lasted nearly five minutes into the fourth. The Bulls never threatened down the stretch as Jerebko scored 10 of his points in the final nine-plus minutes as the Pistons snapped an eight-game home losing streak.

Chicago led by as many as 11 points in the first quarter but fell apart the moment Noah left the game for the first time. Carlos Villanueva's 3-pointer with 9:10 to go in the first half snapped a 30-30 tie and gave the Pistons a lead they would never lose.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Pistons PG Jose Calderon sat for the second time in three games with a triceps injury. ... SG Marco Belinelli also returned for Chicago but was held scoreless in 20 minutes. He missed seven games in a row with an abdominal injury. ... The Bulls' 18-game winning streak against the Pistons was their second-longest against one opponent, trailing a 19-gamer also against Detroit in the mid-1990s.
