Thunder 103, Trail Blazers 83: Kevin Durant led the way with 24 points and 10 rebounds as Oklahoma City pulled away from visiting Portland.

Russell Westbrook added 21 points and nine assists and Serge Ibaka scored 16 for the Thunder, who won for the 15th time in their last 16 home games.

Damian Lillard scored 19 and Nicolas Batum recorded 13 points, eight rebounds and eight assists as the Trail Blazers failed in their bid to win three straight road games for the first time this season. Portland slipped three games behind the idle Los Angeles Lakers for the No. 8 spot in the Western Conference.

Oklahoma City took control with a 10-3 run that closed the third quarter and gave the Thunder a 75-68 lead heading into the final period. Back-to-back 3-pointers from Lillard and Eric Maynor got the Blazers back to within 86-81 with 6:35 left.

Oklahoma City called timeout and regrouped, embarking on a 17-2 run over the final 6:18 to pull away.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Portland F LaMarcus Aldridge grabbed 12 rebounds but struggled to 10 points on 3-of-14 shooting. … Durant’s double-double was his first since March 13 against Utah. He has four in 14 games this month. … Lillard went 4-of-9 from 3-point range and has hit at least four 3-pointers in three straight games.
