Knicks 110, Raptors 84:
Carmelo Anthony scored 28 points as host New York finished off a back-to-back sweep of Toronto.

J.R. Smith added 25 points and Kenyon Martin had 18 as the Knicks posted their fourth consecutive victory and moved into second place in the Eastern Conference, percentage points ahead of the Indiana Pacers.

DeMar DeRozan scored 17 points and Alan Anderson and Kyle Lowry tallied 14 points apiece for the Raptors, who played without forward Rudy Gay (back) while losing their fourth straight game.

Anthony scored 19 first-half points and New York shot 56.1 percent en route to a 59-47 lead at the break. Anthony’s three-point lead boosted the lead to 18 with 3:24 left in the third quarter before the Knicks took a 15-point lead into the final stanza.

Smith scored eight straight New York points during one stretch of the fourth quarter to increase the lead to 103-77 with 4:48 to play.
