Grizzlies 76, Nets 72: Tony Allen hit two free throws with 19.5 seconds left to break a tie as part of a game-ending 9-0 run as Memphis defeated Brooklyn for its seventh straight victory.

Mike Conley added two free throws with 8.2 seconds remaining and Zach Randolph had 16 points and 14 rebounds for his 34th double-double of the season. Marc Gasol scored 14 points and Allen tallied 12 for the Grizzlies.

Deron Williams scored 24 points for the Nets, who were without shooting guard Joe Johnson (foot) for the second straight game.

Brooklyn had a 72-67 lead with 2:49 left after Mirza Teletovic’s basket but Memphis rallied back on a 3-pointer by Tayshaun Prince and a tying basket by Conley with 1:17 remaining. Allen drained the go-ahead free throws nearly a minute later as the Grizzlies completed a two-game season sweep of the Nets

Memphis led 43-38 at halftime and both teams had trouble scoring in the third quarter. Brooklyn outscored the Grizzlies 13-12 in the quarter and trailed 55-51 entering the final stanza.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The Grizzlies blocked 11 shots, led by Gasol’s four. … Brooklyn’s Reggie Evans grabbed 14 rebounds and the Nets had a 44-35 edge on the boards. … Memphis has held 47 of 55 opponents under 100 points.
