Cavaliers 118, Magic 94: Marreese Speights had 18 points and eight rebounds and Alonzo Gee scored 17 points as visiting Cleveland routed Orlando.

Tyler Zeller and C.J. Miles tallied 16 points apiece and Wayne Ellington added 15 as the Cavaliers had seven players in double digits while winning for just the third time in their last 14 visits to Orlando.

Arron Afflalo scored 16 points, Tobias Harris had 14 and Moe Harkless added 13 for the Magic, who have lost five straight games and 17 of their past 18.

The contest was tied at 51 at halftime before Cleveland opened the second half with a 10-2 spurt. Kyrie Irving’s three-point play gave the Cavaliers a 78-65 lead with 2:28 left in the third quarter before Orlando moved within seven entering the final stanza.

Cleveland again seized control with a 16-4 surge to begin the quarter and took a 19-point lead on Ellington’s basket with 7:52 to play.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Cavaliers F Omri Casspi was taken to an Orlando hospital earlier Saturday for evaluation of acute abdominal pain. G Daniel Gibson (personal matter) also didn’t play. … Magic PG Jameer Nelson (knee) missed his second consecutive game. … Cleveland had a 47-36 rebounding edge, led by Tristan Thompson’s 11 boards.
