Bulls 105, Bobcats 75: Taj Gibson scored 17 points and Luol Deng added 14 to lead eight players in double figures as visiting Chicago mauled Charlotte.

Carlos Boozer added 10 points and 10 rebounds for the Bulls, who rebounded from a turnover-filled home loss to the Miami Heat on Thursday to improve to an Eastern Conference-best 17-10 away from home.

Kemba Walker scored 27 points and Bismack Biyombo grabbed 12 rebounds for the Bobcats, who have lost their last four home games against Chicago.

The Bulls, who committed a season-high 27 turnovers and scored a season-low 67 points against Miami, took the suspense out of the game early, building a 21-point lead in the second quarter en route to a 51-37 halftime edge.

That was as close Charlotte would get as the Bulls stretched the lead to 78-57 after three quarters and kept pulling away in the final 12 minutes.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Bulls PG Kirk Hinrich was out of the lineup for the second straight night and ninth time in 10 games with an elbow injury. ... Bobcats G Ben Gordon, the subject of numerous trade rumors prior to Thursday's deadline, did not play due to a coach's decision. ...
