Spurs 102, Bobcats 78:
Tony Parker tallied 22 points and seven assists and Kawhi Leonard scored 18 points as San Antonio breezed to its 17th straight home win and improved to an NBA-best 21-2 on its own floor.

Danny Green added 17 points and Tiago Splitter scored 15 for the Spurs, who have won nine straight overall and five straight against Charlotte. San Antonio has won 15 of 17 all-time meetings.

Ramon Sessions scored 20 points in a reserve role and Kemba Walker added 16 for the Bobcats, who have lost 29 of 33 since a 7-5 start.

The Spurs never trailed. They broke it open with a 10-0 run late in the second quarter and took a 49-37 lead into halftime. The Bobcats didn't get within single digits the rest of the way.

Charlotte trimmed the deficit to 87-77 on Sessions' three-point play with 3:54 left, but San Antonio answered with a 10-0 spurt to ice it.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The Spurs were without PF Tim Duncan, who missed his fourth consecutive game with a sore left knee. PF Matt Bonner and C DeJuan Blair also sat out. … San Antonio's 17-game home win streak is the second-longest in franchise history. The Spurs won 22 straight at home during the 2010-11 season. … Walker has scored in double digits in 16 consecutive games, the longest streak of his career and the longest by a Bobcats player since Stephen Jackson's 27-game run during the 2010-11 campaign.
