Bulls 95, Lakers 83:
Kirk Hinrich scored a season-best 22 points on 9-of-11 shooting and had eight assists as host Chicago handed Los Angeles its sixth consecutive road loss.

Marco Belinelli scored 15 points, Carlos Boozer added 14, Richard Hamilton tallied 13 and Joakim Noah had 13 rebounds and a season-high six blocked shots as the Bulls pulled away in the final quarter for their fourth win in five games.

Kobe Bryant scored 16 points on 7-of-22 shooting to stop a string of 24 straight 20-point outings. Steve Nash tallied a season-best 18 points for the Lakers, who lost for the ninth time in 11 games to fall to 17-24 at the season’s halfway point.

The contest was tied at 75 with 7:26 to play after Dwight Howard hit two free throws. Belinelli hit two free throws, Hinrich scored back-to-back baskets and Jimmy Butler drained a 21-footer during an 8-0 run. Chicago eventually took an 89-79 lead on Belinelli’s 3-pointer with 2:27 left and stretched the lead to as many as 14.

The Bulls had a 47-40 halftime advantage and the lead reached 10 on a 3-pointer by Hinrich with 6:28 left in the third quarter. Los Angeles responded with an 11-2 run and tied the game at 69 heading into the final quarter.
