PISTONS 100, BULLS 94 (OT): Derrick Rose scored 24 points, including a long 3-pointer to send the game into overtime, as visiting Chicago beat Detroit for the 15th consecutive time.

Joakim Noah added 20 points and 17 rebounds as the Bulls came back after blowing a 14-point lead and maintained a 3 1/2-game lead over the Miami Heat for the top seed in the Eastern Conference.

Rose, coming off a season-low two-point performance, had his nose bloodied in the fourth quarter on a flagrant foul by Charlie Villanueva but came back to drill a long 3-pointer with 6.4 seconds to force overtime.

Kyle Korver scored 13 points and buried a 3-pointer in the extra session to make it 95-91 with 1:24 left in the extra session as the Bulls improved to 4-0 against the Pistons this season and won for the seventh consecutive time in Detroit.

Rodney Stuckey scored 32 points for Detroit, which led by as many as six points in the final quarter after erasing a 60-46 third-quarter deficit.

Noam had six points in a closing 12-2 run as the Bulls carried a 49-41 lead into halftime.

Chicago scored eight of the first 10 points of the third quarter to complete a 20-4 spurt and take its biggest lead at 60-46 with 8:00 to play.

Detroit stormed back with a 20-4 burst of its own, holding the Bulls to one field goal in the final eight minutes to take a 66-64 lead into the fourth.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Villanueva, playing in only his seventh game due to injuries, scored 11 of his season-high 13 points in the second quarter, but also committed the flagrant foul on Rose. ... Chicago improved to a league-best 22-8 away from home. ... The Pistons haven't beaten the Bulls since Dec. 23, 2008.
