PISTONS 87, CAVALIERS 75: Tayshaun Prince tied his season high with 29 points and Detroit ended a four-game losing streak against a stumbling Cleveland team that equaled its season low in points.

The Pistons scored 11 of the game’s final 15 points and Prince had nine of them. The Pistons had failed to break at least 80 points in each of their last three games.

Kyrie Irving had 22 points, nine rebounds and six assists and Antawn Jamison had 17 points for the Cavaliers, who have lost five straight and eight of their last nine.

Brandon Knight had 16 points and Jason Maxiell had nine for the Pistons, who won despite scoring just 38 points in the second half.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Detroit’s Rodney Stuckey left the game early in the first quarter with a hamstring injury and did not return. … Cleveland’s Anderson Varejao confirmed he will play for Brazil in the Summer Olympics despite missing two months this season with a fractured wrist. … The Cavaliers shot just 35 percent from the floor.
