PISTONS 105, RAPTORS 86: Rodney Stuckey led the way with 20 points as Detroit spoiled the return of Toronto's Andrea Bargnani with a one-sided home victory.

Brandon Knight scored 15 of his 19 points in a dominant first quarter and all five Detroit starters finished in double figures as the Pistons (14-26) won for the ninth time in their last 12 home games. Stuckey and Knight combined for 15 assists.

DeMar DeRozan poured in a team-high 15 points for the Raptors (13-27), who lost starting point guard Jose Calderon to an ankle injury. Calderon appeared to roll his ankle near the midway point of the second quarter and was carted off the court.

Bargnani was in the Toronto lineup for the first time since Jan. 25 due to a serious calf injury. The 7-footer finished with eight points, three rebounds and three assists in 19 minutes.

Knight hit three 3-pointers as Detroit burst out to a 37-14 advantage after one quarter. It was the best first-quarter performance of the season for the Pistons, who shot 71.3 percent in the frame.

Detroit cruised from there, extending the lead to as many as 30 points in the third quarter before emptying the bench for the majority of the fourth.

The Pistons torched the Raptors for 24 fast-break points while surrendering just five points off turnovers.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Calderon is the second Spanish point guard to suffer an injury in as many days. Minnesota Timberwolves rookie Ricky Rubio was lost for the season after tearing a knee ligament. ... Toronto shot just 39.7 percent on the night while making only 5 of 21 3-point attempts. ... Aside from DeRozan's 36-minute stint, no Raptors player logged more than 24 minutes, six seconds.
