Reserve forward Thaddeus Young had 20 points and eight rebounds as visiting Philadelphia ended a five-game losing streak.

The 76ers (21-14) ran away from the Pistons with an eye-popping 30-10 edge in fastbreak points and kept the Pistons to a season-low tying 68 points.

Philadelphia's Andre Iguodala, who had a triple-double in the teams' last meeting Jan. 28, had 12 points, six assists, five rebounds and four steals.

Lou Williams had 13 points and seven assists, Jodie Meeks had 12. Elton Brand and Jrue Holiday each scored 10.

Greg Monroe paced the Pistons (11-25) with 20 points and eight rebounds. Rodney Stuckey had 17 points.

The 76ers essentially put the game away with an 18-4 run to start the second quarter as Young scored seven points. Philadelphia eventually led by as much as 34.
