RAPTORS 103, PISTONS 93
: DeMar DeRozan poured in 23 points as Toronto halted a four-game losing skid in the last contest for both teams before the All-Star break.

DeRozan continued his stretch of productive efforts, shooting 9 of 15 from the field as the Raptors concluded a 2-5 homestand on a winning note. The veteran guard is averaging better than 25 points over his last three games while shooting above 50 percent in each of them.

Leandro Barbosa added 17 points in a reserve role while Jose Calderon had just six points but chipped in 15 assists and eight rebounds.

After averaging more than 102 points in their previous four games, the Pistons came crashing back to reality, shooting 41.7 percent from the field while hitting going just 2 for 12 from 3-point range. Greg Monroe led the way with 30 points and 14 rebounds in defeat.

The Raptors led by eight points at the break, and survived a slow start to the third to maintain that edge midway through the quarter. A short DeRozan jumper in the lane extended the lead to 66-54 with just under five minutes remaining, and he knocked down a deep turnaround jumper later in the period as the Raptors carried a 74-60 lead into the fourth.

Barbosa connected on a 3-pointer to stretch the advantage to 21 points, Ed Davis followed with a short jumper while falling to the floor and the Pistons didn't challenge the rest of the way.

Toronto shot a sizzling 57.5 percent from the field to open up a 53-45 halftime lead, led by 16 points from DeRozan and nine assists by Calderon. The Pistons, playing the second night of a back-to-back, looked sluggish early on and trailed by as many as 14 points before rallying.
