Jeremy Lin continued his sensational run, burying the game-winning 3-pointer with less than a second remaining as the New York Knicks stunned the host Toronto Raptors 90-87 on Tuesday night.

With the Knicks holding for the final possession of regulation, the unheralded Harvard graduate ran down the clock before pulling up at the 3-point line and knocking down the long-range jumper with 0.5 seconds left before a strangely jubilant Air Canada Centre crowd.

A large contingent of Chinese fans filled the arena to catch a glimpse of Lin, who led the Knicks to their sixth consecutive victory.

Lin finished with 27 points and 11 assists while overcoming a rash of costly turnovers to move New York to within a win of the .500 mark. The twice-waived point guard has averaged better than 27 points since being elevated to the No. 1 job in New York.

Amar'e Stoudemire added 21 points and nine rebounds in his return after missing time due to the death of his brother in a car accident.

Jose Calderon paced the Raptors 25 points – 13 coming in the third quarter. He added nine assists, seven rebounds and three steals in defeat.

With the Knicks trailing by nine late, Landry Fields, Stoudemire and Iman Shumpert hit consecutive jumpers to make it a four-point game. Lin then took over, driving to the hoop for a basket and accompanying foul shot to tie the score with 1:05 remaining.
