Lou Williams scored 17 points and Elton Brand added 14 as the Philadelphia 76ers cruised to a 95-74 victory over the visiting Detroit Pistons on Saturday.

Andre Iguodala had 10 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists for his eighth career double-double as Philadelphia routed Detroit for the second time this season.

Greg Monroe had 16 points and 10 rebounds for the Pistons, who have lost four straight and eight of nine.

The 76ers are 10-2 at home, and all 10 of the victories are by 10 or more points. Philadelphia was 9-for-15 from 3-point range with Jodie Meeks sinking four.

Philadelphia took charge with 14 consecutive first-quarter points to take a 21-8 lead. The 76ers led 42-31 at halftime.

Philadelphia’s lead was 16 after three quarters and the 76ers started the final quarter with a 15-2 run to take an 84-55 lead on Jrue Holiday’s basket with 6:20 remaining.

Holiday tallied 13 points, while Meeks and Evan Turner scored 12 apiece for the Sixers.

Austin Daye tallied 12 points and Rodney Stuckey scored 11 for Detroit, which shot just 34.9 percent from the field. Pistons forward Tayshaun Prince returned from a two-game absence due to a personal matter and had six points in 25 minutes.

The 76ers defeated the Pistons 96-73 on Jan. 6.
