LeBron James scored the last 10 points of the game and finished with 33 as the Miami Heat advanced to the Eastern Conference Finals with a 97-87 victory over the visiting Boston Celtics in Game 5 on Wednesday.

Dwyane Wade kept the Heat in it early, scoring 23 of his 34 points in the first half, and Chris Bosh added 14 points and 11 rebounds. Miami, which took the best-of-seven series 4-1, will face either the Atlanta Hawks or the Chicago Bulls in the Finals.

The Celtics led, 87-81, with 4:28 left in the game before the Heat began to fight back, ending the contest on a 16-0 burst.

Bosh tied it on a dunk with 2:57 left and James took over from there, giving Miami its first lead of the quarter when he buried a 3-pointer from the left wing with 2:10 on the clock.

After Paul Pierce turned the ball over on the other end, James drained another 3-pointer to make it a six-point edge with only 40 seconds left. Another turnover led to a breakaway dunk for James, putting the game away.

Ray Allen scored 18 points and Kevin Garnett added 12 for Boston, which turned the ball over 17 times.
