Rodney Stuckey and Jason Maxiell scored seven of Detroit's final eight points in overtime as the Pistons earned a 113-107 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers at Staples Center on Friday night.

Stuckey finished with 17 points. His two free throws late in regulation sent the game to overtime. He then had two free throws and a layup in overtime helping the Pistons to their first road victory in five games this season.

Charlie Villanueva led Detroit with 30 points on 9-of-15 shooting. Austin Daye and Richard Hamilton each scored 12 points, while Maxiell added 11.

Eric Gordon scored 28 points and Blake Griffin had 18 points and 18 rebounds as the Los Angeles Clippers lost their fifth in a row. Eric Bledsoe also chipped in 18 for the Clippers.

Hamilton tied it at 99-99 with 39.8 seconds remaining in regulation. Gordon then found Rasual Butler open on the right wing for a three-pointer with 29.6 seconds left to give the Clippers 102-99 lead.

After Tayshaun Prince made a layup to pull Detroit to within one at 102-101, Ryan Gomes made one of two free throws before Stuckey tied it at 103 on two free throws with 11.6 seconds left.

Hamilton stole the ball from Gordon with time expiring but missed a runner in the lane with one second left.
