Deron Williams posted his 15th double-double of the season with 17 points and 10 assists as the Utah Jazz picked up a 101-90 road victory over the stumbling Cleveland Cavaliers Monday.

C.J. Miles scored 22 off the bench and Raja Bell added 19 and made 5-of-6 three-pointers for the Jazz, who improved to 2-1 on this four-game road trip which concludes Wednesday in Minnesota.

With the victory, Utah coach Jerry Sloan tied Pat Riley for third on the all-time wins list with 1,210.

Utah led 49-44 at the half and used a 23-7 run between the third and fourth quarters to push the lead to 20 with nine minutes to play. Williams started the spurt with a 3-pointer and a jumper.

Daniel Gibson scored 29 points and hit 7-of-8 shots from behind the arc and Mo Williams added 16 points and 10 assists for Cleveland, which snapped a 10-game losing streak Saturday against New York and is 4-17 since starting the season 4-3.

The Jazz got a combined 23 points from Bell and Miles in the first half. Williams handed out nine assists and they held a 7-0 edge on the offensive glass to take a 49-44 lead into the break. Williams and Gibson combined for 16 points and five shots from beyond the arc while Williams chipped in seven assists.
