Mo Williams had 27 points, including 10 in the final three minutes, and Anderson Varejao had eight points and 11 rebounds in the Cavaliers’ 107-102 win over the Wizards at Washington.

The Cavs trailed 92-91 when Williams took over, scoring on baskets, free throws and 3-pointers. He also had a huge assist on a Daniel Gibson 3-pointer with 1:32 left that gave the Cavs a 100-95 lead.

Gibson finished with 19 points and Ryan Hollins had 11 points as the Cavs’ bench outscored the Wizards’ reserves 41-15 en route to their second straight victory and second in as many nights.

Al Thornton had 23 points and Kirk Hinrich had 21 for the Wizards (1-4), who lost for the second time in as many nights. Rookie John Wall had 13 points and nine assists, but couldn’t keep up with Williams defensively over the game’s final few minutes.

Gilbert Arenas had 13 points, but was only 4-of-13 from the floor in his regular season home debut after getting suspended for the final 50 games last season.
