Landry Fields added 25 points and 10 rebounds and Raymond Felton chipped in 13 points and 13 assists for the Knicks, who had dropped nine of their previous 12.

The 76ers, who beat New York, 100-98, on Friday, missed an opportunity to pull within a game of the Knicks for the No. 6 spot in the Eastern Conference.

Stoudemire scored 10 points in the first quarter as New York jumped out to a 31-24 lead. Philadelphia bounced back to go up, 45-44, with 4:22 left in the half, but Stoudemire stepped up again. He scored nine points over the last 2:05 to give the Knicks a 55-51 edge at the break.

The Sixers were within 86-80 at the start of the fourth quarter before Wilson Chandler and Toney Douglas knocked down back-to-back 3-pointers to push it to double digits. Stoudemire poured in 12 more points in the fourth and Fields drained three 3-pointers to keep New York clear.

Elton Brand scored 28 points for Philadelphia.
