Pacers 114, Pistons 109: George Hill scored 20 points - including eight in the final 3:19 - and dished out six assists as Indiana held off visiting Detroit.

Roy Hibbert added 16 points, 12 rebounds and three blocked shots for the Pacers, who shot a season-high 59.7 percent from the field. C.J. Miles tallied 15 points while David West and C.J. Watson each finished with 14 for Indiana, which went 12-of-21 from 3-point range.

Andre Drummond produced 18 points and 16 rebounds to lead seven players in double figures for the Pistons, who have dropped five straight on the road. Greg Monroe collected 16 points and nine boards while Caron Butler and Jodie Meeks had 13 points apiece off the bench for Detroit.

Solomon Hill, Watson and Damjan Rudez each buried a 3-pointer as part of a 9-0 spurt to put the Pacers in front 92-84 before Butler converted a four-point play to pull the Pistons within two with 6:56 remaining. Miles drilled back-to-back 3-pointers to give Indiana a 102-98 lead and George Hill scored eight of the Pacers' final 12 points to seal the victory.

The Pacers hit four triples in the first quarter to jump out to a 29-26 lead before Kyle Singler sparked a 12-3 run to end the second stanza to put the Pistons on top 49-48. West scored six points during a 12-0 burst to help Indiana pull ahead 70-58 before Anthony Tolliver scored seven straight points for Detroit to trim the deficit to five heading into the final frame.
