Trail Blazers 115, Thunder 111 (OT): Damian Lillard buried a career-high eight 3-pointers and took over down the stretch en route to 40 points and 11 assists as visiting Portland stunned Oklahoma City.

Lillard scored 18 points in the final 3:44 of regulation and overtime as the Trail Blazers erased a 13-point deficit late and finished up their road trip with a 3-1 mark. LaMarcus Aldridge returned from a one-game illness absence and had 25 points and nine rebounds while Wesley Matthews scored 22 for Portland.

Russell Westbrook collected a season-high 40 points, 10 rebounds and six assists for the Thunder, who fell for the third time in four games. Reggie Jackson added 21 points and Serge Ibaka scored 16 as Kevin Durant (ankle) sat out his third straight game for Oklahoma City.

The Thunder went up 91-78 when Westbrook’s jumper with 5:03 left capped an 8-0 burst but Westbrook was hit with a technical foul and Lillard scored six straight points to cut it to 95-91 with 59 seconds to play. Westbrook had a chance to seal it at the line but split the pair and Lillard buried a fadeaway 3-pointer out of a timeout with three seconds left to knot it at 98 and force overtime.

Jackson gave Oklahoma City the early lead in overtime but Aldridge converted a three-point play and Matthews buried a 3-pointer to put the Trail Blazers in front. Westbrook scored on three straight possessions but Portland answered each time, including Lillard’s 3-pointer that made it 111-106 and helped close it out.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Aldridge and Ibaka were ejected with 9.5 seconds left and assessed double technical fouls after getting tangled up underneath the basket and engaging in some pushing and shoving. … Matthews (5-of-8) and Lillard (8-of-12) led the Blazers to 17-of-31 from beyond the arc. … Steven Adams grabbed 11 rebounds and Jackson added nine as the Thunder built up a 53-46 advantage on the glass.
