Thunder 103, Wizards 80: Russell Westbrook scored 21 points and Kevin Durant added 20 as host Oklahoma City eased past outmanned Washington.

Kevin Martin came off the bench to score 18 as the Thunder won their third straight to improve to 32-5 at home and remain 1 1/2 games behind San Antonio for the best record in the Western Conference.

John Wall, coming off a career-best 47-point performance, had 18 points and 12 assists but connected on only 3-of-18 from the floor for Washington, which had only eight players available.

Westbrook had 13 points in the second quarter as Oklahoma City opened a 13-point lead before settling for a 53-45 advantage at halftime en route to improving to 16-1 when holding opponents under 90 points.

Thabo Sefolosha scored the first five points of the third quarter and later hit a 3-pointer to push the lead to 70-54. The Thunder carried a 17-point edge into the fourth and slowly pulled away to snap a two-game losing streak to Washington.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Durant and Westbrook combined to hit 20-of-21 free throws as Oklahoma City finished 37-of-41 from the line. ... The Wizards were severely shorthanded for the second straight game, with Trevor Ariza (flu), Nene (knee), Martell Webster (abdomen), Bradley Beal (ankle), A.J. Price (groin) and Jason Collins (flu) all sidelined. ... Thunder G Derek Fisher missed all three of his field-goal attempts and is 0-for-17 in his last six games.
