Heat 105, Celtics 103: LeBron James capped a 37-point performance with the go-ahead jumper with 10.5 seconds left as visiting Miami rallied from 17 points down to extend its winning streak to 23 games, now alone as the second-longest in NBA history.

James also had 12 assists and did loads of damage down the stretch as the Heat survived a phenomenal performance from Jeff Green to snap Boston's 11-game home winning streak and win a regular-season game at TD Garden for the first time in their last 11 tries. Mario Chalmers added 21 points, including a go-ahead 3-pointer with 2:40 left.

Green scored a career-high 43 points on 14-of-21 shooting but had a layup blocked by Shane Battier with seven seconds remaining. Paul Pierce, who had 17 points, missed a 3-point try seconds later and Miami was able to run out the clock.

After a Jordan Crawford 3-pointer put Boston up 96-83 with 8:26 left, James took over, scoring nine points and recording three assists during an 18-4 run that Chalmers finished with his fourth 3-pointer to put Miami ahead 101-100.

Avery Bradley answered with a 3 to put the hosts back on top, but James tied it with a layup and, after Green and Brandon Bass missed layups on consecutive possessions, buried the decisive shot from 21 feet out over Green. Battier then blocked Green's shot out of bounds, Pierce was off from the right side and the Celtics missed multiple chances to foul before time expired.

GAME NOTEBOO
K: The Celtics hurt themselves with 21 turnovers and a 15-for-24 (62.5 percent) showing at the line. ... Green had 26 points in the first half. His 3-pointer early in the second gave Boston a 38-21 advantage, which makes for the largest deficit the Heat have faced during their run. ...
