Pacers 111, Cavaliers 90: Tyler Hansbrough made the most of his second start of the season with 18 points and 11 rebounds to lead visiting Indiana to an easy win.

Starting in place of David West, who sat with a sprained lower back, Hansbrough was part of a balanced attack that saw eight players score at least eight points. Gerald Green had 13 of his 20 points in the first half and Paul George contributed 14.

C.J. Miles paced Cleveland with 21 points off the bench. Tristan Thompson added 20 points and 11 rebounds in the Cavaliers' seventh loss in nine games.

The Pacers ended the first half on a 15-4 run and had a 7-0 burst early in the third to go up 69-50. Hansbrough's second three-point play of the quarter made it 77-54 and Jeff Pendergraph's 3-pointer with 39 seconds left gave Indiana an 87-62 advantage entering the fourth.

In losing its fifth straight to the Pacers, Cleveland could not muster up a miracle, falling behind by as many as 28 in the fourth. The Cavs shot 38 percent and were outrebounded 57-45 and outscored in the paint 42-26.

GAME NOTEBOOK: SGs Dion Waiters, Daniel Gibson and Wayne Ellington combined to shoot 4-for-25 for Cleveland. ... C Roy Hibbert chipped in 12 points, nine rebounds and five blocks for Indiana. ... The Pacers finished 25-for-29 at the line.
