76ers 101, Trail Blazers 100: Jrue Holiday collected 27 points, eight rebounds and six assists as host Philadelphia edged Portland.

Thaddeus Young scored 19 points and Spencer Hawes added 18 and 13 rebounds for the 76ers, who have won back-to-back games for the first time since a three-game streak from Jan. 30-Feb. 4.

LaMarcus Aldridge recorded 32 points and 14 rebounds and Damian Lillard scored 27 as the Trail Blazers fell to 9-24 on the road. Aldridge and Lillard each hit a 3-pointer in the final 17 seconds to give Portland a chance, but the Blazers could not take advantage of a turnover with 7.1 seconds left as Aldridge missed a 16-foot jumper and Wesley Matthews could not get the tip-in to fall at the buzzer.

Luke Babbitt’s 3-pointer with 4:58 left gave Portland its first lead of the second half at 90-87. The Blazers still held a three-point lead when Philadelphia began to assert itself again, getting four points from Holiday during a 10-2 run that put the 76ers up for good.

Philadelphia shot 58.1 percent in the first half to take a 58-50 lead into the break and stretched it out to 66-53 early in the third quarter. Portland roared back to cut it to 78-72 heading into the fourth and pulled even at 82 when Lillard buried a 3-pointer with 8:17 left.

GAME NOTEBOOK:
The 76ers have won three of their last four games after dropping 12 of their previous 13. … Aldridge has recorded four straight double-doubles and is averaging 28.3 points in that span. … Lillard went 5-of-7 from 3-point range and has hit at least one from beyond the arc in 10 straight games.
