Hawks 105, Nets 93: Al Horford had 22 points and 11 rebounds and Atlanta won its third straight game after pulling away late against host Brooklyn.

Josh Smith had 17 of his 21 points in the second half for the Hawks, who outscored the Nets 34-20 in the fourth quarter. The win moved Atlanta one game back of fourth-place Brooklyn in the Eastern Conference.

Deron Williams paced the Nets with 18 points and eight assists and Reggie Evans contributed 14 points and 22 rebounds, two below his career high. Joe Johnson, who sat out Tuesday's win over New Orleans with a bruised left heel, had 18 points on 7-of-16 shooting.

Jeff Teague matched his career high with 15 assists off the bench for Atlanta, which led 96-83 with 4:22 remaining after scoring eight unanswered points. The Hawks gained a season-series split with Brooklyn while shooting 52.4 percent and outscoring the Nets 56-38 in the paint.

Atlanta trailed by two before opening the fourth quarter on a 13-4 run and were never threatened in the final minutes. Dahntay Jones made six of his seven shots and finished with 13 points for the Hawks, who return home Monday for three games.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Hawks PG Devin Harris made his third consecutive start and scored four points in nine minutes. ... Brooklyn begins an eight-game, 17-day road trip on Monday in Detroit. … Horford has scored in double-figures in 25 straight games, the second longest streak in his career behind a 33-game stretch in 2009-10.
