Trail Blazers 136, Spurs 106: Damian Lillard scored 35 points as Portland handed host San Antonio a rare lopsided home loss.

Lillard scored 22 of his points in the final 14 minutes and had nine assists against zero turnovers for the Trail Blazers, who scored the most points for a visitor at San Antonio since Nov. 7, 1990. LaMarcus Aldridge recovered from a rough outing at Memphis on Wednesday to score 26 points.

San Antonio, which lost for the first time in three games since losing Tony Parker to an ankle injury, got 18 points from Tim Duncan and 16 apiece from Manu Ginobili and Kawhi Leonard.

Ginobili hit a 3-pointer in the closing seconds of the first half to forge a 57-57 tie at the break, but Aldridge opened the scoring in the third quarter and Portland never trailed thereafter. Lillard scored eight straight Blazers points to make it 90-82 entering the fourth and had five in a 10-2 burst early in the fourth as Portland took a 103-84 lead.

Lillard later scored nine points in a span of 54 seconds, part of an effort in which the Trail Blazers shot 61.6 percent from the floor.
