Grizzlies 103, Cavaliers 92: Marc Gasol had 22 points and eight rebounds to lift Memphis to its first win in Cleveland in nearly 10 years.

Mike Conley had 17 points and 11 assists and Jerryd Bayless scored 11 of his 17 points in the fourth quarter as the Grizzlies won for the 11th time in 12 games and posted their first road victory over the Cavaliers since Nov. 29, 2003.

Kyrie Irving scored 24 points and C.J. Miles added 13 off the bench for Cleveland, which had won its last seven home matchups against Memphis.

The Grizzlies trailed by three points at halftime but opened the third quarter with a 14-2 burst to go ahead for good. Memphis led by as many as 12 points before taking an 80-69 edge into the final 12 minutes.

The Cavaliers rallied and closed within 88-84 on Irving's drive with just over 5 1/2 minutes to play, but Bayless responded with a 3-pointer and Conley scored six straight points for the Grizzlies to keep the lead at nine.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Grizzlies F Zach Randoph (ankle) sat out his third consecutive game while Cavaliers rookie G Dion Waiters returned after missing two games with the flu. He scored only three points. ... Marreese Speights and Wayne Ellington, who were traded to Cleveland from Memphis in January, scored nine and seven points, respectively. ... Gasol has four 20-point games in his last five and is average 20.4 points in that span.
