LeBron James scored 26 points, including the game-winner with 3.2 seconds left, and Miami withstood a furious second-half comeback by visiting Orlando to extend its franchise-record winning streak to 16 games.

Chris Bosh made two free throws with 38 seconds left to cut Orlando’s lead to one, and the Magic missed two shots before James drove the lane for his game-winning layup. Dwyane Wade scored 24 points and Bosh had 17 points along with 10 rebounds.

Miami escaped with its 12th consecutive home victory despite missing 12 of its last 13 3-point attempts and making one field goal in the final seven minutes. Guard Ray Allen missed seven of his eight shots and finished with five points.

Vucevic, who grabbed a franchise-record 29 rebounds in an overtime loss to Miami in December, made 11 of his 16 shots from the field before fouling out with 38 seconds to play. Tobias Harris scored 16 points off the bench for the Magic, who have lost 19 of their last 21 games.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Orlando, which rallied from a 17-point deficit to beat New Orleans on Monday, failed to complete its second straight comeback despite holding Miami to 42 points in the second half. … James hit one 3-pointer and is one short of 1,000 for his career. …Miami was 27-of-31 from the foul line compared to 10-of-12 for Orlando.
