Spurs 114, Pistons 75: Tim Duncan had 16 points, 11 rebounds, six assists and five blocked shots as San Antonio routed visiting Detroit in its first game without point guard Tony Parker.

Manu Ginobili scored 17 points, Danny Green tallied 16 and Kawhi Leonard added 14 points for the Spurs, who lost Parker for at least four weeks with an ankle injury suffered during Friday’s victory over the Sacramento Kings.

Greg Monroe scored 16 points and Jose Calderon added 14 for the Pistons, who shot 32.6 percent from the field and lost for the fifth time in six games.

The contest was tied at 12 before San Antonio began pulling away with 12 straight points. The lead reached 18 on Green’s basket two-plus minutes into the second quarter and the Spurs entered the break with a 60-40 lead.

San Antonio scored the first six points of the second half and Green’s 3-pointer pushed the lead to 73-43 with 8:30 left in the third quarter.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Ginobili went 6-for-6 with three 3-pointers in the first half. … Charlie Villanueva added 10 points and 10 rebounds off the bench for the Pistons. … Spurs F Boris Diaw (back) missed his second straight outing.
