Thunder 108, Clippers 104: Russell Westbrook hit the go-ahead layup and scored four of his 29 points in the final 1:24 as visiting Oklahoma City held off a late rally from Los Angeles.

Kevin Durant collected 35 points and nine rebounds and Westbrook added 10 assists for the Thunder, who snapped a three-game road losing streak. Serge Ibaka converted a key three-point play with 59 seconds to play and Westbrook knocked down a jumper with 26 ticks left to put it away.

Chris Paul scored 22 of his 26 points in the second half, Jamal Crawford scored 20 off the bench and Blake Griffin recorded 20 points and nine rebounds for the Clippers, who had a four-game winning streak come to an end.

Oklahoma City dominated the first half and led by as many as 19 points in the third quarter before Paul started to come alive. The All-Star guard scored seven points during a 15-5 run to close the third quarter and send Los Angeles into the fourth with a more manageable 82-73 deficit.

Paul hit two straight shots to pull the Clippers within 87-85 with 6:11 left, and Ibaka gave them a chance to take the lead when he was called for a flagrant foul with 1:52 left in the game after hitting Griffin below the belt. Griffin split the free throws and grabbed an offensive rebound on the ensuing possession to set up Crawford’s 3-pointer that gave Los Angeles its first lead of the game at 100-99.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The Clippers would have vaulted over the Thunder and into second place in the Western Conference if they had pulled it out. But Oklahoma City swept the three-game season series from Los Angeles and is 1 1/2 games up in the standings. … The Clippers committed 21 turnovers, leading to 24 points for the Thunder. … Crawford went 4-for-5 from beyond the arc but Los Angeles only connected on nine of 24 attempts from beyond the arc as a team.
